I can describe Pole Fitness at Xtreme Pole as being absolutely amazingly FUN!!! Since I've started training there I have definitely experienced progress in my pole techniques, abdominal and upper body strength and also my flexibility. Pole Fitness is a different form of exercise that gives you a FULL BODY WORKOUT! Exercising and dancing have always been a hobby of mine which I sincerely enjoy doing, and since I've started with pole fitness I get the awesome benefit of doing strength training and dancing combined :). If you are a person that enjoys a good challenge then pole fitness is definitely the sport for you!! I had the wonderful opportunity to train and be part of the 2014 UNITY Charity Pole Fitness Show and it was a phenomenal experience meeting the different athletes and seeing their hard work that went into the routines. You never get bored doing pole fitness...it's a constant mental and physical challenge because once you've mastered one technique the next technique is something to look forward to. #lovetodance

Pole dancing has been a wonderful experience for me. I am not a person that enjoys exercising and trying to convince myself to get up and go for a jog or do some push-up’s was a daily battle that usually ended in the couch convincing me to stay. Since I started dancing I have noticed a great improvement in not only my physical fitness, but also my confidence and overall attitude towards exercise. Dancing gave me a much needed push toward a healthier life that now includes (almost daily) exercise outside of class. This is the only form of exercise that does not seem to bore me and it allows me to challenge myself in every single class.

I was at a place in my life where I was looking for something new and fun to do.  Having always had an interest in dancing I started looking for studios and came across Xtreme Pole Fitness.  I took a chance, thinking it could be fun, and have not looked back since!!  It is a challenging and rewarding sport, and tons of fun at the same time.  It has boosted my confidence, I’ve lost weight , am toning my body and even made a few new friends.  Coming to class is the highlight of my week and I always feel energised afterwards.  It is definitely worth it to give it a try, and if you are anything like me, you’ll be hooked for life!!!

Pole dancing has made me realize the importance of being fit ...I have lost weight ,I have gained confidence ....I am more comfortable in my own skin ...I move my body in ways I never imagined.  It has made me a happy person...Xtreme family are such lovely people they help me out when I struggle with moves they are patient .When I go to class I get butterflies.

I had a desire to become fit and active but didn’t want to go to a gym.  The idea of pole fitness excited me as you not only exercise but you also learn moves and tricks.  It is very fulfilling to be able to get the moves right, and yet after every class I’m stiff for a few days.  That just confirms to me that I’ve had a good workout.  No other workout comes close to pole fitness and the best part is that while you are working out it doesn’t feel that you are killing yourself but still your muscles work very hard.  This definitely tones your body even if you don’t do anything else to become leaner.
